Partnering in Business with Germany – A Government-Supported Journey of Growth

I’m honored to be selected as 1 of only 18 Vietnamese entrepreneurs, chosen from over 100 applicants, to join the “Partnering in Business with Germany” program – an initiative by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, implemented by GIZ, and coordinated in Germany by Export Akademie Baden-Württemberg.

I’m also proud of my fellow participants – outstanding representatives of Vietnamese businesses – and the German partners from the organizing institutions. They are talented, professional, and truly inspiring to work with. We are not only exchanging cultures, but also sharing work experiences and developing ideas for new business collaborations.

After 3 months of intensive training in Vietnam, we arrived in Germany on May 4th to begin a 3-week business development journey.

In just the first week, I’ve already gained valuable insights:

  • Strategic knowledge in business management & entrepreneurship
  • A deeper understanding of German business culture
  • First-hand experience of Germany’s structured, logical, and long-term mindset

I feel truly grateful for this opportunity and excited to continue exploring Germany — to build partnerships, expand my network, and create future business connections.
