Goodbye, Sắc Hoa – Goodbye to these days and moments!

At the end of April 2022, we decided to move to a new workshop. The old one had become too cramped, as Sắc Hoa had grown. In the manufacturing industry, every time we move, it feels like entering a new phase. All costs increase, sometimes doubling or even tripling, and the budget required just for the move itself is substantial.

However, the plan to purchase new machinery required a space of at least 100m² to accommodate the equipment, and the current workshop simply couldn’t meet the size requirements.

Some employees were happy, some were sad, and some were unsure about whether to stay or follow the company. At times like this, employees who are willing to follow the company, even if it means moving their residence, changing their lifestyle, or commuting further, are truly admirable. They have many reasons to continue their journey with us, but certainly, it’s not just for the money. We are not large enough or paying higher wages than other places.

Fortunately, more than 80% of the employees arranged carpooling themselves. The younger ones waited for the older ones, those who didn’t know how to drive traveled with those who did, and those with vehicles took others along every day. In some way, we “carried” each other through the new land, with excitement and hope, believing that the days ahead would be even brighter.

We have always been grateful for these contributions, for the quiet, diligent workers who create each box and deliver it to customers. Thanks to them, Sắc Hoa Box has grown to where it is today.
