Trade Promotion – Business Networking: Opening Up Many Opportunities for Businesses

Recently, the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Trade Promotion and Investment Club, in collaboration with the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Khanh Hoa and the Department of Industry and Trade of Khanh Hoa, organized the “Trade Promotion – Business Networking in the South Central Coast – Central Highlands 2024” program.

This event was an opportunity for businesses and young entrepreneurs from Khanh Hoa and other provinces in the region to connect, creating a unique ecosystem for production, business, and product consumption within the young entrepreneur community. The program attracted nearly 1,000 delegates, entrepreneurs, and businesses, with 150 booths; it was not only a trade exchange and networking platform for young entrepreneurs in the South Central Coast and Central Highlands but also across the country.

The program focused on in-depth trade promotion activities, business networking, and the use of new communication tools on digital platforms to enhance promotional effectiveness for participating businesses.

Along with this trade spirit, Sahabox, along with more than 20 other companies from the Ho Chi Minh City Young Entrepreneurs Association, participated in the Caravan delegation to Khanh Hoa, taking part in the program with the intention of networking and exploring new business opportunities.

For manufacturing companies in the supporting industries, such as rigid paper box outsourcing, participating in B2B trade events like this is highly effective. According to Ms. Thảo Nguyên (CEO of Sahabox), “Although the number of booths was not large, 70% of the exhibitors were manufacturing businesses with products to display, and over 50% were businesses in the agriculture and regional specialties sectors. These are highly potential customers for Sahabox.”

Being able to see the customers’ products firsthand, talking and exchanging with business owners, and having nearly two full days to explore and build relationships with potential partners is very effective for providing packaging solutions and paper box consulting services for future customers. At the same time, maintaining a spirit of responsible and reputable business will help spread the brand through word of mouth in the business community.
